What kind of shirts do you use?

Our current shirts use the Gildan 64000 Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt. It is a lightweight, regular-fit shirt made primarily from soft ring-spun cotton. Fiber content varies slightly for certain heather colors.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please review our Size Guide before ordering. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing its length and width with our listed measurements. Because every shirt is made to order, we do not offer routine size exchanges.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. After fulfillment, U.S. shipping generally takes an additional 1–8 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information once your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately through our Contact page. Orders can enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size selection, or a change of preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item.

What should I do if my address is incorrect?

Contact us immediately. We may be able to correct the address if your order has not entered fulfillment. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges when an incorrect or incomplete address causes a package to be returned or reshipped.

Will all items in my order arrive together?

Usually, but not always. Products may occasionally be fulfilled at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

How should I care for my shirt?

For the best results:

• Machine-wash cold, inside out, with similar colors
• Use mild detergent and non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
• Tumble-dry on low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Do not dry-clean
