Shipping Policy

Each Truthborn Tees product is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Most orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, fulfillment may take longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

After fulfillment, estimated shipping time within the United States is 1–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address may affect delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to change the address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the local carrier. If your package still cannot be found, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

Truthborn Tees is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control. We will, however, do our best to help investigate shipping problems.
