Return and Refund Policy

Because each Truthborn Tees item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of preference. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, Mislabeled, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
• A photograph of the packaging and shipping label when relevant

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size and Color Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color. Each product page includes available sizing information, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct variant before completing checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order is submitted.

Returns Sent Without Authorization

Please contact us before returning any product. Items sent to an address listed on a shipping label without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
